The Community Foundation of Northern Colorado is located at 4745 Wheaton Drive in southeast Fort Collins. Click here to retrieve Mapquest directions.
If you are traveling east on Harmony:
- From the corner of Harmony and Lemay, continue east on Harmony for one block.
- Turn right (south) at Wheaton Drive near the sign that says "Oakridge Business Park." Landmarks include Carrabba’s Italian Grill and the Holiday Inn Express.
- Proceed 1 block to the stop sign at the intersection of Wheaton and Oakridge.
- Continue on Wheaton Drive for 1/2 block and turn right into the parking lot. The parking lot is marked by signage for the National Park Service and Managed Business Solutions.
- The Community Foundation is the first one-story brick building on the right side of the parking lot.
If you are traveling west on Harmony:
- From the corner of Harmony and McMurray, continue west on Harmony for one block.
- Turn left (south) at Wheaton Drive near the sign that says "Oakridge Business Park." Landmarks include Carrabba’s Italian Grill and the Holiday Inn Express.
- Proceed 1 block to the stop sign at the intersection of Wheaton and Oakridge.
- Continue on Wheaton Drive for 1/2 block and turn right into the parking lot. The parking lot is marked by signage for the National Park Service and Managed Business Solutions.
- The Community Foundation is the first one-story brick building on the right side of the parking lot.
