The Community Foundation's building is located at 4745 Wheaton Drivein southeast Fort Collins near the intersection of Harmony and Lemay. The top priority in the design of this 4,500 square-foot facility was its functional and attractive public meeting space.
The Community Foundation building includes a Board Room and Conference Room that are available for use by nonprofit agencies at no charge. Reservations are accepted for meetings or events that take place between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Fridays. Room reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Thank you for understanding that the Community Foundation reserves the right to decline a reservation request if it directly or indirectly interferes with our other activities.To be fair, we allow nonprofits to schedule only three meetings at a time. Reservation Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your meeting using our online form.

2. Call or email Katherine Martinez at (970) 488-1982 or Katherine@CommunityFoundationNC.org tocheck on dates and times. Then, submit a Room Reservation Request by completing the online form below at least two weeks prior to the date of the intended use. Community Foundation staff will respond to your request within two business days. Your reservation will be official after our staff has informed you of its status.
