Ray carries out policies made by the Board of Trustees and sets objectives to meet the board’s long-range goals. He works with donors interested in establishing new funds and with donors who need assistance with complex gift arrangements, including gifts of real estate, trusts and gift annuities.

Roxanne manages the Foundation's internal operations and oversees our donor service offerings. She establishes new funds, administers grants and scholarships, directs our technology programs, and serves as the key contact for our nonprofit partners. Roxanne also coordinates our internship program.

Doug directs the implementation of UniverCity Connections. UniverCity Connections is a community partnership creating lasting, sustainable, and meaningful connections between Colorado State University, Downtown, and the Poudre River.

Donna ensures for the proper accounting of each Foundation fund and responds to questions regarding the financial status of the organization.

Katherine manages the daily activities of the Foundation and coordinates our publications. She is also the main contact for giving groups and handles reservations for nonprofit meeting rooms.

Sandy assists our Chief Financial Officer, processes gifts to the Foundation, and helps ensure that accounting and investment activities are carried out in compliance with established policies.
